Realtors usually work closely with many attorneys and can give you some names and locations. I can't stress the importance of using a LOCAL real estate attorney. When speaking with them you want to inquire about things such as their price, what the price includes, and what else you can expect. Your attorney must review your contract within (3) days from the day you receive a fully executed contract, meaning both parties have signed and agreed to the terms in the contract. This is known as the Attorney Review Period and this is the first step in the real estate sale process. The contract becomes legal and binding once the Attorney Review Period has ended. Remember, no one knows the law better than an attorney, so it would be a good idea to hire one to work for you throughout the transaction.
